Infidelity investigations are conducted to determine whether a partner or spouse is being unfaithful. The investigation may involve gathering evidence such as photographs, videos, phone records, and other information that can prove or disprove the suspicion of infidelity. We will use a variety of techniques to gather evidence, such as conducting surveillance, running background checks, online searches, and interviewing those who may have information regarding the suspected infidelity.

Child custody investigations are conducted to determine what custody arrangement is in the best interests of a child or children. The investigation may involve conducting surveillance; interviewing family members, friends, teachers, and other individuals who have knowledge of the child’s life and well-being; reviewing court records, medical records, and other relevant documentation. 

Alimony investigations are conducted to determine whether a spouse who is receiving alimony is still entitled to receive it, or if there is evidence of fraud or misconduct on their part such as cohabitating with another person or having become self-sufficient and no longer needing financial support. The investigation may involve conducting surveillance, background checks, and other investigative techniques to gather evidence.

Background investigations are conducted to gather information about an individual’s personal, professional, educational, and criminal history. The investigation may involve reviewing public records, such as criminal records, court records, and financial records, social media, as well as conducting interviews with former employers, co-workers, friends, and family members. 

Theft investigations are conducted to determine who is responsible for theft or other forms of criminal activity involving the taking of property or assets. The investigation may involve reviewing surveillance, conducting interviews with witnesses, collecting and analyzing evidence, and conducting surveillance that may aid in the recovery of the property. 

Our investigators will assist in criminal defense investigations to help gather evidence and identify potential witnesses to support the defense’s case. The investigation may involve conducting surveillance, interviewing witnesses, running background checks, and analyzing evidence. 

For internal investigations for businesses and individuals, our investigators will gather information and evidence related to suspected criminal activity, and share that information with LE.

Wrongful conviction investigations are conducted to determine whether someone who has been convicted of a crime is innocent of the charges. These investigations help to uncover new evidence that supports the innocence of the individual and present that evidence to the court in order to secure a new trial or exoneration. The investigation may involve reviewing trial transcripts and other court records, interviewing witnesses, and conducting new forensic tests of evidence. 

Stalking investigations require a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality, as well as expertise. The investigation may involve gathering evidence of the stalker’s behavior, collecting and analyzing electronic communications, conducting surveillance, and interviewing witnesses. Our investigators may work with the victim to obtain a restraining order or other legal protection. Stalking is a serious crime and anyone who is being stalked should take proper steps to protect themselves.

Missing person investigations are conducted to locate an individual who has disappeared and whose whereabouts are unknown to ensure their safety. The investigation may involve interviewing family members and other individuals who have knowledge of the missing person’s habits, lifestyle, and social circles; reviewing surveillance, cellphone records, and other evidence to try and locate the missing person’s last known whereabouts; and work closely with LE, search and rescue, and other resources.

Human trafficking investigations are conducted to identify and dismantle networks involved in the exploitation of people for the purpose of forced labor or commercial sex. Our investigators will work closely with local and federal law enforcement, as well as international partners to identify individuals and organizations involved in the operation, gather evidence, and rescue victims from exploitation.
